This was just a soothing and well-times read for me this morning.
Today I practise silence
Silence of the age-old sage
Silence that rings far and wide
Silence that holds a thousand dreams.
Today I practise patience
Patience of an old soul
Patience that carries many faiths
Patience that embraces its own truths.
Today I practise stillness
Stillness of the prayerful nun
Stillness that transcends worldly knowns
Stillness that reaches deep within.
Today I find calm before unknown.
